At Providence Baptist Church, we firmly believe in the importance of warmly welcoming children into congregational worship and are excited to welcome families with children to our services. During our 10 AM service, children aged 3-10 are invited to learn from and participate in our children’s ministry downstairs. We have two age group divisions for children to help meet them where they are at developmentally: 3-5 year olds and 6-10 year olds. They will typically hear a Bible lesson, work on a memory verse, and play a game/activity to help reinforce the ideas discussed. We also offer a nursery for the 11 AM morning worship service staffed with caring workers for those with small children. Both the children’s ministry and nursery are staffed with two adults at all times to protect and aid the children in learning.
